Absolutely — and this is something we take very seriously. Every product we carry is ordered directly from official brand websites or authorised retailers in the UK and USA. We never go through vendors, wholesalers, or third parties. No replicas. No grey market. No compromises — ever. This is the foundation our entire business is built on.
We order directly from official UK and USA websites — the same way you would if you were shopping from there yourself. We stock in smaller quantities specifically so we can personally inspect and quality-check everything before it reaches you. Each product is hand-picked by us, not a vendor.
Because the best products aren't always the most famous ones. We focus on brands that are highly regarded by beauty lovers in the UK and USA but aren't easily available in Pakistan — whether drugstore gems or quality finds that simply don't make it to local shelves. We do the searching so you don't have to.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make changes, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Because we stock in smaller quantities for quality control, items do sell out. You're welcome to message us on Facebook to ask about restocks — we'll always let you know when something is coming back.

Estimated delivery times across Pakistan:
Lahore: 1–3 working days
Karachi: 2–5 working days
Other cities: 2–7 working days
Remote areas: 4–7 working days
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We share tracking details as soon as your order ships. Occasionally, delays can occur due to courier issues or weather — these are beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed. If you're concerned, reach out and we'll check on it for you personally.
No hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay (plus delivery charges at checkout). We handle all the importing ourselves — there are no additional customs fees passed on to you.

Returns & damaged items
We pack every order carefully by hand to ensure it reaches you safely. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will do our best to resolve it for you. Your satisfaction matters more to us than anything else.
Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if there is an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or a genuine concern — please reach out to us directly and we will always try to make it right. We stand behind everything we sell.
