1. Do you sell original products?

Yes! We only stock 100% original and authentic products, sourced directly from brands or official retailors from UK & USA.

2. How long does delivery take?

• Lahore: 1-3 working days
• Karachi: 2–5 working days
• Other cities: 2–7 working days
• Remote areas: 4–7 working days

3. What are your payment options?

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — 4% tax applicable as per govt. policy

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After dispatch, they cannot be canceled.

5. What if my parcel is late?

We share tracking details once shipped. Delays may occur due to courier or weather issues, which are beyond our control.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
